Formula One is a special class of auto racing. In short it is referred to as F1. There is an organization named Internationale de l’Automobile, which defines Formula One as such. The term ‘ Formula’ connotes some rules and regulations, which all the participants and the owners of cars must aim to adhere to it strictly. There is a sports event, which is related to these sets of norms. The sports event is called F1 World Championship season, which has series of, races known as Grand Prix. This championship is held on a certain demarcated area and some events on close city streets.

The results of each event determine the fate of both drivers and constructors. Europe is the Formula One’s traditional hub. Now with the passing time this racing competition has extended its feathers to all the nook and corners of the world like Bahrain, China, Malaysia, Turkey and the United States. Now we find that the reputed corporate houses around the globe come out with a mentality to sponsor this sports event.
There are various Formula One Constructors located in and around the globe. Some constructors are only the constructor by name; some even own the property rights of the vehicle. Before going into the nitty-gritty of the matter one must know who is referred to as the constructor. The ‘constructor’ is the person who owns the intellectual rights of the engine. So the Formula One teams must also have the intellectual property rights upon the chassis. There are some well-known constructors of Formula One, such as Ligier, Sauber, Renault etc various other manufacturers of Formula One Vehicle. Rob Walker Racing Team is the glaring example, which deserves commendation for emerging winner for the first time in Formula One Racing.
